On Friday, October 28, a group of middle school students from ZCMS and Shiloh went on a field trip to Illinois Beach State Park.
They had a picnic lunch, walked along Lake Michigan, did a nature hike through a path along the Dead River, and explored the Nature Center. They were able to see a few deer, lots of birds, and quite a few snakes! Most importantly, students were able to spend time together and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery.
